Thank goodness for cell phones and web cams! We have the ability to see and hear our grandchildren and their parents (our children) much more frequently than our parents saw their grandchildren. The hearing is the best part though. Just this week I have heard Wade whisper "papa" on the phone, Anna Grace say "Hi Gigi" on the phone and then had a complete conversation with Kyle.
Me, "What are you cooking?"
Kyle, "I am cooking 'maca-caroni' and cheese."
Me, "Yummy, Kyle, that sounds so good."
Kyle, "What are you having for dinner Gigi?"
A few other exchanges and then, Kyle, "I love you."
And I love you too Kyle, and Anna Grace and Wade!
