On Saturday, we turned the church campus into the village of Bethlehem. Families came and experienced together marketplace shops much like what was in Bethlehem at the time of Jesus' birth. The children had hands on experiences with each "trade" and heard explanations about the process of each trade.
As they left Bethlehem to join us for the Birthday Party for Jesus, they meet Mary and Joseph in the stable along with their donkey, 2 calves and a herd of goats.
Now it is Christmas!!!
For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that
everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life.
John 3:16
